Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Haslo, we strive to provide the best home appliance repair services. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully:
Non-Refundable Payments: Once a service booking is confirmed and payment is made, the amount is non-refundable.
Service Modification: If you wish to reschedule your service, you must do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
Exceptions for Refunds: A refund may only be processed if our technician fails to reach your location or we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Processing: In case of an approved exception, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
No Cancellation: Once the technician has started the work or reached the premises, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
